2.若收件人因未支付進口稅金而導致郵件退回台灣，退運過程中所衍生的稅金與其他費用，將由顧客承擔。
3.如顧客未支付上述費用，我司將不再取回退回的商品，亦不提供退款服務。

2.If the recipient fails to pay the import duties, resulting in the parcel being returned to Taiwan, any taxes or additional costs incurred during the return process will be borne by the customer.
